250g plain flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 50g butter, 2 eggs beaten, 2 tbsp milk, 50g grated cheese
- Place the flour, baking powder and butter into a bowl and rub together until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
- Add the beaten eggs and milk and mix together until it becomes a soft dough. Stir through the grated cheese.
- On a lightly floured surface tip out the dough and shape as required.
- Add your sauce, cheese and toppings and bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the base is golden and the cheese has melted and bubbling.
