Delivery UK including Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man

We offer free standard delivery (3-5 working days) on all orders over £30.

For orders under £30 we have three options for you to choose from.

Standard delivery (3-5 working days): £2.85

Our standard UK delivery service is provided by My Hermes. This is charged at a flat rate of £2.85 on orders under £30. You will be provided with a tracking number on dispatch, which can be used on www.myhermes.co.uk to track your delivery. Delivery would be expected between 3 and 5 working days after placing your order. Please note this service is not available to Jersey, Guernsey or Isle of Man.

Standard Delivery Royal Mail (2-4 working days): £3.95

We can also offer Royal Mail's "Signed For Second Class" service. This is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 on orders under £30. You will be provided with a tracking number on dispatch, which can be used on www.royalmail.co.uk to track your delivery. Delivery would be expected between 2 and 4 working days after placing your order.

Express Delivery Royal Mail (1-2 working days): £4.50

If you need your order in a hurry we are happy to offer Royal Mail's "Signed For First Class" service. This is charged at a flat rate of £4.50 on orders under £30. You will be provided with a tracking number on dispatch, which can be used on www.royalmail.co.uk to track your delivery. Delivery would be expected between 1 and 2 working days after placing your order.

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order. You will be sent a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Currently we are only able to deliver to postcodes within the United Kingdom.

If you have a discount code, this can be entered on the shopping basket page before you proceed to checkout.

Unfortunately, due to the swift dispatch of our products, we are unable to amend your order once it has been placed.

If you change your mind about an item you can return it to us within 15 days of receiving your order. The product must be unopened and undamaged. The buyer must pay any costs to return the item. To request a refund please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. See our full returns policy here.

In the unfortunate event that your item has arrived damaged please email our customer service department [email protected] with images of the damage and your order number. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order with supporting images of the damage to enable the damage claim to be processed.

All of our orders are sent by tracked postage which the details will be emailed to you when the order is dispatched. If your order hasn't arrived within the postage timescale please email [email protected] with your order number and we will investigate this for you. All orders which have not arrived must be reported within 3 weeks of the order dispatch date in order for us to investigate this with the courier.
