Simple to make, these delicious chocolate truffles can be made as a special treat for friends, family or yourself! You can change the toppings by sprinkling with freeze dried raspberries, chopped nuts, grated chocolate or chocolate strands.
Heat the cream in a pan over a gentle heat, once hot remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate.
When combined and smooth pour into a bowl and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours until firm.
Melt the remaining milk chocolate and allow to cool.
Use a teaspoon to spoon out the truffle mixture, roll into a ball shape and dip into the cooled melted chocolate. Place on baking parchment, sprinkle with cocoa powder and repeat with the remaining mixture.
