Ingredients: 300g milk chocolate, 3 tbsp chopped nuts (hazelnuts, peanuts, pecans, walnuts or any other nuts you have to hand)
Prep: 5 minutes + 2 hours chilling
Melt the chocolate gently over a pan of simmering water or in the microwave in short 10 second bursts.
Line a baking tray with parchment and pour in half of the chocolate. Sprinkle over the chopped nuts then top with the remaining chocolate. You can add more nuts, sprinkles, dried fruit, pretzels or sweets to the top of the bark to make extra fun!
Allow to chill for 2 hours, allow to come to room temperature then cut into shards.
