Ingredients: 1bottle red wine, 2 cinnamon sticks, 4 star anise, 2 cloves, 2 large sliced lemons, 2 large sliced oranges, 100g light brown sugar.
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 8-10 minutes
Place all the ingredients in a large heavy based saucepan and simmer gently for 8-10 minutes, do not allow the mixture to boil. Pour into heatproof glasses to serve.
