Get Up and Go Granola

Ingredients:

130ml maple syrup, 300g oats, 100g mixed seeds, 100g chopped nuts, 2tsbp sunflower oil

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees, mix together maple syrup, oats, mixed seeds, roughly chopped nuts and sunflower oil. ⁠
  2. Spread onto a baking sheet and cook for 20-25 mins, allow to cool then serve with milk/ yoghurt and freshly chopped fruit. ⁠
