Ingredients: 300g soft brown sugar, 200g butter, 1tsp vanilla extract, 2 eggs, 300g self-raising flour, 75g cocoa powder, 1tsp baking powder, 100g nutella or chocolate hazelnut spread.

- Preheat the oven to 180 and line two baking trays. Cream the sugar and butter until light and soft. Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and mix well until fully combined.
- Place a spoonful of the cookie mixture onto the baking tray, using the back of a teaspoon make an indent in the middle of the cookie and fill with nutella or chocolate spread. Repeat with the rest of the mixture and bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from the tray.
