How to Make Chocolate pastry
Perfect for sweet tarts and desserts, this sweet chocolate pastry recipe is easy to make and tastes delicious! This recipe makes enough to line a 20cm tart tin.

Ingredients:
- 140g plain flour
- 50g butter
- 1tbsp cocoa powder
- 1tbsp icing sugar
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg yolk
Method:
- Rub together the flour and butter until it resembles breadcrumbs.
- Add the cocoa powder, icing sigar, oil and egg yolk and fold the mixture together with a knife. Add 1-2 tsp of warm water to bring the dough together if required.
- Gather the dough into a ball, this can either be wrapped in cling film or wax wrap and stored in the fridge or rolled out onto a floured surface ready to line a tart case.
