Perfect Chocolate Coated Strawberries

Prepare Your Strawberries -  A little moisture will stop your chocolate coating the strawberries properly, wash your strawberries in cold water and pat dry until all of the moisture has been removed.

Don't Coat Too Much - It can be tempting to want to coat your strawberry with lots of chocolate! However this will create an uneven finish and a set bottom, shake off excess chocolate before you place it on your prepared parchment paper.

Avoid The Sweating - Don't be tempted to put your chocolate covered strawberries in the fridge, this will produce beads of sweat on the outside of the chocolate. Instead leave your strawberries at room temperature for up to 10 hours.

Need To Transport? - If you're needing to transport your chocolate coated strawberries place them inside an airtight container lined with kitchen roll/ a paper towel. This will help to absorb any moisture.
