4 large oranges, 2 pears, 1 apricot, 100ml fresh orange juice
- Zest and juice the oranges, add to a blender with the pears and blitz until smooth.
- Add the fresh orange juice and blend until combined.
- Peel and stone the apricot and cut into slices.
- Put a few of the apricot slices into each lolly mould then pour in the orange mixture and allow to set overnight in the freezer.
