Quick and Easy Chocolate Fork Biscuits

Quick and simple, these fork biscuits are great for getting your little ones involved in the kitchen or when you need some biscuits fast! With minimal ingredients these biscuits can be made with cupboard ingredients. 

Chocolate Fork Biscuits

Ingredients:

200g butter, 100g golden caster sugar, 25g cocoa powder 240g self raising flour

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line two baking trays.
  2. Beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 
  3. Fold through the cocoa powder and flour until fully combined.
  4. Take spoonfuls of the mixture, roll gently and place on the baking tray. Use the back of a fork to flatten and imprint the biscuit.
  5. Continue until all of the biscuit dough has been used, bake for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from the baking tray.
