Speedy flatbreads
Quick and tasty, these super speedy flatbreads are perfect for moping up curries as well as serving with dips and chutneys.

Ingredients:
300g self-raising flour, 150g natural yoghurt, 1tbsp vegetable oil
Method:
- Mix together the flour, yoghurt and oil to make a loose dough then add 2tbsp water to bring the dough together.
- On a lightly floured surface tip the dough out and knead for 2 minutes until smooth.
- Shape into 4 small or 6 large flatbreads. Heat a frying pan over a high heat and cook each flatbread on each side for 3 minutes until golden and starting to char.
