Top Tips for Delicious No Bake Cheesecakes
No bake cheesecakes are a delicious treat which need no cooking and uses simple kitchen skills. Check out our top tips to help you get patisserie perfect results every time!

- Start with the best! Don't be tempted to use a low fat cheese for your cheesecake as it's likely to split, instead use a full fat cheese or mascarpone cheese.
- Don't rush the base! When you have created your base and pressed it into a prepared tin let it chill for 30-45 minutes. This allows the base to set properly and create a stable base before you add the cheesecake mix.
- Preventing lumps! Make sure your ingredients are room temperate especially your cheese. This makes it easier to work with and any lumps will be removed quicker.
- Don't overwork the mixture! When making the cheesecake mixture, mix until it is just smooth and creamy. Overbeating at this stage will prevent the cheesecake from setting properly.
- Let it chill! Don't try to rush your no bake cheesecake, it will need 8-10 hours to set properly. Ideally leave it overnight and you will be able to cut it beautifully when needed.
